December 2011 - CB Richard Ellis, the global leader in commercial real estate, held it’s first “Best Overall Downtown Holiday Decorations” award in Boston this year.  There were ten CB Richard Ellis local Boston lobbies in the running.  After careful decision, judges awarded the CB Richard Ellis, 501 Boylston lobby as the winner!

This gorgeous lobby changes it’s holiday decor annually with the help of Cityscapes’ experienced designers who always think outside the box.  With unique, custom designed red and silver winter themed arrangements, large rectanglar shaped grapevine wreaths, whimsical tree arrangements drenched with sparkles and crystals combined with an adorable traditional snow scene which includes a family of ducklings, it is easy to see why this lobby was chosen as the winner.
