Full Time Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assist in offloading and loading shipment packages from/onto delivery trucks
  • Must learn different plant types to insure pulling correct plants
  • Must be in good physical condition; able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Receive goods and ensure that they correlate to the accompanying delivery documents
  • Sort out items from a variety of delivered packages and put in correct storage areas
  • Receive work orders from supervisor and assist operations in locating items in storage areas
  • Apply preventative beneficials to all plants when they arrive to warehouse
  • Prepare goods to be shipped out along with appropriate paperwork
  • Sleeve and label all plants going out to customers
  • Label each item in accordance to labeling guides provided by the company
  • Box, pack and wrap picked items according to specific instructions provided by customers
  • Retrieve items from storage areas and ensure that they are correct / assembled properly before being sent out
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as invoices and delivery orders and ensure that they are sent to correct departments
  • Take inventory of stored goods — count and record number of items received and sent out
  • Take and fill requests for returning or replacing items
  • Restock returned items in their designated storage areas and update inventory information accordingly
  • Keep warehouse area clean and sanitized on a constant basis

Seeking hardworking individuals to maintain exterior plantings in the Boston area.  Job includes exterior plantings, watering and maintaining of plants and some heavy lifting. This is a seasonal position April-December with a possibility of extension through the winter. Applicants should have a passion for maintaining a beautiful environment, some experience and a clean driving record. Duties include

  • Visits all scheduled accounts regularly for plant and landscape maintenance
  • Ensures consistent Cityscapes quality, effective performance while minimizing plant replacements

  • Ensures consistent Cityscapes quality, effective performance while minimizing plant replacements

Operations Foreman

Responsible for installation and delivery of interior and exterior plants and arrangements. Must be comfortable driving in the Boston area. Duties include:

  • Thoroughly reads over daily work orders assigned every morning
  • Gathers appropriate equipment and product required for the days assigned work orders
