TransPlanted – Operated by the Women of Cityscapes
Our Transplanted Roaming Greenhouse was featured in the local news recently, and although we are extremely proud of that feat, we are even prouder to be a woman-owned and operated business with some extremely talented female leaders on our team.
By now many of you may have already heard about our charitable offshoot TransPlanted Roaming Greenhouse, a plant truck operated by some of the amazing women of Cityscapes.
Owner Jan Goodman partnered with daughter Samantha to get the Roaming Greenhouse up and running alongside Ilana Marks-Moses and Jennifer Caulfield.
So far the ladies have done over a dozen events and raised thousands of dollars for various local charities. And there is no sign of our truck ‘Sprout’ slowing down.
In fact we are adding another vehicle to the TransPlanted Team so we can bring more plants to the people of Boston and raise more for every organization we partner with.
We want to acknowledge all of the great businesses that have booked our truck for events, all the amazing customers that have stopped by to grab a plant for their home or office and to help give back to these incredible NPO’s, and finally our amazing team of ladies (and gent’s too) that have helped us get this truck rolled out with such success.
Head to the Transplanted Webpage to check out our schedule and book the roaming greenhouse for an event by your office!
And don’t forget to follow @transplantedboston on Instagram and Facebook and please help us spread the word and share/tag this post with your favorite plant lovers!
