How do we do this?
Living Fernature™
Fully integrate nature into your interior design. Living Fernature TM is the fusion of nature and function. Choose from organic woods, to contemporary metals. We offer customizable options to fit your existing space. Commit to the benefits of biophilic design in every way possible.
We loved having our friends from ARE in our biophilic showroom for a hands-on succulent garden workshop. 🌿 Experiences like this create meaningful moments of connection, foster creativity, and strengthen relationships with our clients. At Cityscapes, we’re passionate about designing opportunities where people can engage with nature and with each other.

Organic texture meets modern design. These organic, faceted planters paired with sculptural desert botanicals bring a bold yet timeless statement to this lobby. A refined balance of durability, form, and biophilic beauty.

A sneak peek at one of our newest projects, a series of statement planters that transform the space with color and form 🌈 Each finish and color-coordinated plant pairing tells a different design story. Which palette speaks to you?

Some have an Elf on the Shelf, we have a Janice in our Office! 🎄

🌱 Real vs. Faux Plants: What’s the difference?
A recent study out of Duhok City shows that while artificial plants can look nice, they don’t provide the same psychological and emotional benefits as living greenery.
Live plants were shown to increase comfort, boost mood, and create a stronger sense of connection to nature. Faux plants, while decorative, fell short on reducing stress or improving overall well-being.
The takeaway? Incorporating living plants into design isn’t just aesthetic, it’s essential for creating spaces that truly support people.

Moss walls are one of the easiest ways to add vertical greenery to a space. No sunlight, no watering, just lasting natural texture. Each installation is completely customizable, from color gradients to patterns to branding, making it a seamless fit for any environment.

🌿 Happy National Indoor Plant Week! 🌿
We hit the streets of downtown Boston to visit some of our favorite accounts and chat about the biophilic benefits of keeping plants in indoor spaces.
We hope you celebrate this week with us by giving your plants extra love, and joining us on Wednesday at Sprout, our plant shop, where we will be giving away 1000 plants! Follow @transplantedboston and check out our post for more details. 🌱

Testimonials
The best things about working at Cityscapes is the teamwork I experience daily, the relationships I have developed, and the fact that Cityscapes really cares about their employees. We also create an atmosphere together to improve our clients lives and our mission is to inspire and innovate with beautifully designed greenery.
Managing one of Boston’s more iconic buildings is no small feat. The responsibility of up-keeping greenery that is as beautiful as the architecture around us is huge. Having Cityscapes come and design our planting beds and maintain our greenery inside and out, has made my life a breeze. I know I can count on them to perform up to my standards, while keeping everything fresh and innovative.
Brookview serves mothers and children experiencing a grueling and challenging circumstance–homelessness. Jan Goodman and her Cityscapes volunteers always lift our spirits, and make our days delightful and enjoyable. Whether they are working with the moms and kids making crafts and decorations for holidays, planting a vegetable garden, or doing exterior landscaping–their creativity elicits laughter, brings joy to our hearts, and welcomes us home. We always look forward to spending time with the Cityscapes team.
