Removing the glass: 😰
Actually watering it: 😌
These Living Fernature tables only need water a few times a month, making them a perfect, low-maintenance, statement piece for your office or home. A little ecosystem that practically takes care of itself (with the occasional gentle intervention).

Carefully cultivated, collected, and crafted, Abigail’s (@painted.sunflower) handmade paper cards are utilitarian, one-of-a-kind art pieces. We’re thrilled to welcome her natural works to our Artist Corner!
“Abigail Harrison is a multi-disciplinary artist based in the greater boston area and a horticulturalist at Cityscapes. She draws inspiration from the natural world and uses collected materials and papermaking to explore her relationship to this world.
Her handmade paper is created using carefully cultivated and collected materials: garlic skins left behind after harvest at Waltham Community Farm, onion skins gently tucked away after cooking dinner,
cotton scraps saved from old worn t-shirts, dried flowers from her garden.
Collecting and reshaping these materials is an ongoing process to understand, reconnect, and exist as a part of the natural world.”
