Our Charitable Plant Truck
A Roaming Greenhouse with a mission
We popup around the Boston area selling plants for charity. Invited by community stakeholders, we set up shop in new locations all the time. Profits from our sales on our Plant Truck go to charities chosen by our hosts.
How it works:
We are invited by businesses & property managers to set up shop on their property. Together we guarantee enough sales for a sizable donation at every popup!

Whether you’re hosting at your location or visiting our shop, we provide everything you need for a hands-on planting workshop. Guests will create their own unique designs—choose from terrariums, moss frames, or seasonal arrangements.
What to expect:
We handle the logistics, you bring the people. From setup to cleanup, we’ve got it covered. Each event kicks off with a brief, engaging overview of the benefits of plants, followed by step-by-step guidance to help everyone build a thriving, personalized creation.

We’re over the moon about our newest addition… we now have Monstera Thai Constellations at Sprout! 🌙✨
This rare cultivar of the Monstera Deliciosa is unique in its speckled white/cream variegation, lending itself to its starry name. We have a limited supply, come see their beauty in person at the shop or on our plant truck! We’re popping up tomorrow from 11am to 3pm downtown Boston at 225 Franklin St. 🚛🪴
We sprouted up in Watertown recently selling plants for a great cause! Thank you to Alexandria Realty for hosting us, and everyone who came and supported the American Cancer Society by buying a plant!

Amanda is here to answer one of our most common questions: what plants can survive in low-light? Not to toot our own horn, but we have quite the variety at Sprout 😉🌱
An important tip when it comes to watering plants in lower-light conditions is that they may drink slower than plants in higher light! Always feel the soil for moisture before watering to avoid root-rot 💧

Our mission with opening Sprout was to fill it—not just with plants, but with people and experiences. @sofarboston puts on intimate concerts in unique venues with a lineup of mystery artists, and we’re so excited to host this Saturday’s pop-up show! Yes, our plant truck does private events (and they’re a hit!) 🪴 We popped up at the Exchange Center to serve guests the unique, engaging experience of picking out their own prepaid plant and pot. While we love our public pop-ups (more dates to come soon) these private gatherings bring moments of connection that are so special to us. 🌱✨
