We believe plantscaping is more than just keeping our city green. It’s about creating meaningful connections between people, their spaces, and the natural world.
That’s the heart of @transplantedboston, our community-rooted events and activations team. We curate plant experiences that are as fun as they are meaningful.
Reach out about our succulent and terrarium workshops, DIY Plant Bars, our Charitable Plant Truck, and more custom offerings. If you’re looking to re-energize your office culture, or give back to the communities you care about, visit bostoncityscapes.com/transplanted-roaming-greenhouse/
Custom designed for each space, these arrangements are curated and planted in-house by our team of botanical designers. Reach out and make the most of each season with a rotating pop of color from our orchid rotations.
We love planting with perennials because they’re sustainable, cost-effective, and low-maintenance. Come on-site with Yanni to talk care, sun, and blooms at our perennial installs around Boston.
For periwinkle, we recommend planting them with a border to keep their spread in check. Research the perennials that are native to you for long-term success and growth. Happy planting! 🌱
We’re excited to announce that our founder, Jan Goodman, will be speaking at Cultivate this year!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the women who help us grow through every season and bloom into who we’re meant to be!! 🌸💐
Today, I get to use this as an excuse to talk about someone very special to me, our President, Jan Goodman, or as I call her, Mom.
Anyone who knows her knows the passion, creativity, and heart she brings into everything she does. While her accomplishments are impressive, what stands out most is the care she pours into her community and the people around her every single day. She leads this company with a constant focus on how we can make our community a better place, and she inspires all of us to grow, bloom, and become the best versions of ourselves.
I’m incredibly grateful to get to learn from her every day, in work, in life, and in how to lead with purpose. Happy Mother’s Day everyone!

In this Boston office, we use greenery to define spaces while keeping everything connected. Planter beds create natural boundaries between work zones and collaborative areas without hard walls. A perfect example of how plants function beyond aesthetics.

Testimonials
The best things about working at Cityscapes is the teamwork I experience daily, the relationships I have developed, and the fact that Cityscapes really cares about their employees. We also create an atmosphere together to improve our clients lives and our mission is to inspire and innovate with beautifully designed greenery.
Managing one of Boston’s more iconic buildings is no small feat. The responsibility of up-keeping greenery that is as beautiful as the architecture around us is huge. Having Cityscapes come and design our planting beds and maintain our greenery inside and out, has made my life a breeze. I know I can count on them to perform up to my standards, while keeping everything fresh and innovative.
Brookview serves mothers and children experiencing a grueling and challenging circumstance–homelessness. Jan Goodman and her Cityscapes volunteers always lift our spirits, and make our days delightful and enjoyable. Whether they are working with the moms and kids making crafts and decorations for holidays, planting a vegetable garden, or doing exterior landscaping–their creativity elicits laughter, brings joy to our hearts, and welcomes us home. We always look forward to spending time with the Cityscapes team.
